Is muscle weakness inherited?

Usually muscle weakness is not inherited, belongs to acquired autoimmune disease, if both parents suffer from severe muscle weakness, the probability of children suffering from the disease will increase, but genetic phenomenon is rare; patients are mainly treated with anticholinesterase drugs, plasma exchange method, and appropriate rehabilitation training.
