If there is a hard lump in the breast during lactation, it is mostly considered to be caused by milk stasis. Generally, massage, hot compress and other methods are adopted to promote milk discharge, which can be relieved. However, if it is not in lactation, it is more considered to be caused by breast fibroma, mammary gland hyperplasia and other diseases. Oral treatment is needed, or surgery is adopted.
