How does the child have a fever continuously 4 or 5 days to do

Children with persistent fever for four or five days may be caused by incomplete treatment, bacterial infection and viral infection. They should be admitted to hospital for blood routine and C-reactive protein tests. If they are diagnosed with viral infection, they should be treated with antiviral drugs as prescribed. Suggestion: Drink plenty of hot water during fever to promote heat excretion from the body.
