The diagnosis is calcification of lymph nodes in the mediastinum and left hilum of lung and slight thickening of left oblique fissure. If there is no cough, fever or chest discomfort, it generally indicates that the changes in chest CT examination are due to old changes caused by calcium salt deposition after inflammation recovery, and no special treatment is required.
