Is malignant mole cancer?

Malignant mole is not a cancer. It is a gestational trophoblastic tumor. It usually presents with abnormal uterine enlargement, elevated blood hcg, irregular vaginal bleeding, etc. Malignant mole can be cured by aggressive and effective treatment, so it cannot be compared with cancer.
