What is adult papular urticaria?

Papular urticaria is usually associated with mosquito bites. The rash can spread all over the limbs and trunk. The patient should be kept away from mosquitoes and covered with tight clothing. Antihistamines such as cetirizine and loratadine are recommended for treatment. Erythromycin ointment can also be applied locally. Avoid spicy foods in diet.
