Generally, you can judge the big three yang and small three yang by doing five tests for hepatitis B. Big three yang refers to hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e antigen and hepatitis B core antibody positive, and the other two are negative. Hepatitis B small three yang is mostly transformed from hepatitis B big three yang, virus replication is relatively inactive, infectivity is relatively low.
