How to deal with tetanus allergy

If there is experience of being stabbed by rusty iron products, the wound caused is relatively deep, tetanus antitoxin should be injected. If allergy occurs during skin test, tetanus immunoglobulin can be injected directly. Immunoglobin preparation will not cause allergic reaction, so skin test is not required.
