Central placenta previa is a good indication, and should be judged in conjunction with the pregnancy cycle and fetal condition. If this condition occurs before 34 weeks of pregnancy, but abnormal, it can be treated with drugs that promote fetal lung maturation. If it exceeds 34 weeks, and the fetus has intrauterine hypoxia, the pregnancy needs to be terminated.
