Abdominal B-ultrasound can not check out pelvic inflammatory disease, abdominal B-ultrasound can only be used as an auxiliary examination of pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic inflammatory disease also needs to do blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation, C-reactive protein, endometrial biopsy, laparoscopy and other examinations to be diagnosed. Pelvic inflammatory disease does not occur pelvic abscess, generally drug treatment.
