Cervical precancerous lesions can generally be divided into mild intraepithelial neoplasia and severe intraepithelial neoplasia. If it is mild intraepithelial neoplasia and there is no HPV infection, it does not need treatment and can generally regress by itself; if it is severe intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical cone resection is required to treat it.
