Mechanism of Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Organophosphorus pesticides are mainly organophosphorus compounds containing carbon, phosphoric acid and other derivatives, which can be absorbed through the skin, gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract and then enter the human body. After combining with acetylcholinesterase, they lose the function of hydrolyzing acetylcholine, resulting in excessive storage of acetylcholine in the body and causing poisoning.
