What if the meaning of non-squamous cells is unclear?

When non-squamous cells are not clear, HPV and cervical biopsy under colposcopy should be further performed. When HPV is positive, colposcopy can be performed to observe whether there is precancerous lesion in the cervix, and biopsy should be taken for pathological analysis; if HPV is negative, it should be reexamined six months later.
