There are many reasons for tuberculosis hemoptysis. First of all, it may be caused by tuberculosis invading bronchus, which will lead to rupture of bronchial vessels and hemoptysis. Secondly, tuberculosis belongs to consumptive disease, which will cause cough symptoms and easily lead to rupture of respiratory vessels.
