Down's screening for neural tube defects

For pregnant women, Down's screening is mainly to prevent fetal diseases. Generally, the cutoff value of neural tube defects in Down's screening is 2.0. If the value is below 2.0, it means that the probability of fetal neural tube defects is not high. If it is higher than 2.0, it means that the risk of fetal neural tube defects increases.
