If the bilirubin value of neonatal jaundice reaches 229μmol/L, it is already very high. Under normal circumstances, the serum bilirubin of full-term infants does not exceed 204μmol/L. If it is premature infants, this situation is not too high at present. The bilirubin of premature infants usually does not exceed 255μmol/L. For physiological jaundice, special treatment can be used. Frequent feeding at ordinary times increases the number of excretion and helps bilirubin excretion.
