Is cerebellar atrophy the same as Alzheimer's?

Cerebellar atrophy is not the same as Alzheimer's disease. Cerebellar atrophy is mostly drug-induced or inherited, and imaging examination shows simple cerebellar atrophy. Alzheimer's disease is mostly caused by cerebrovascular disease, and imaging examination shows obvious global brain atrophy.
