Causes of chickenpox

The cause of chickenpox is infection with varicella-zoster virus. People with low resistance are generally susceptible to this virus, especially children. If they come into contact with infected persons, inhale respiratory droplets with virus, contact body fluids with virus can lead to infection, and systemic herpes and papules appear after infection.
