External hemorrhoids are caused by factors such as sedentary standing and bad defecation habits. External hemorrhoids without discomfort do not need special treatment; if pain and bleeding symptoms occur, they are mainly treated with sitz bath, fumigation and external application of drugs; if conservative treatment fails, they should be admitted to hospital for surgical resection.
