How to monitor ovulation by yourself

You can monitor ovulation according to your menstrual cycle. Most women will ovulate before the next menstrual cycle, called ovulation day. The first five days and the next four days of ovulation are ovulation days. You can also detect ovulation by ovulation test paper. If the test paper turns from strong positive to weak, it indicates that ovulation is about to occur.
