Hand, foot and mouth disease can only be detected by blood

Hand-foot-mouth disease occurs in children under five years of age. It is caused by enterovirus infection. It can be detected only by blood examination. The onset of this disease is relatively acute. Very few cases develop rapidly. Encephalitis, pulmonary edema and other complications can occur within five days. Severe cases can be life-threatening.
