Abdominal mesenteric lymph nodes may be caused by inflammation of local lymph nodes and lymphadenitis. It may also be caused by inflammation of surrounding tissues and spread of infection. It is more common in intestinal infections, respiratory infections and other diseases. It can be treated by physical therapy such as hot compress and massage.
