Coronary heart disease refers to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. The disease mainly occurs because the coronary artery spasms and contracts, making the blood vessel lumen narrow and unable to provide enough blood for the heart. Patients generally show discomfort symptoms such as pain and suffocation in the pre-cardiac area or behind the sternum.
