Cough, pain under the left rib.

The patient experienced pain under the left rib when coughing, which was considered to be caused by respiratory tract infection or pleurisy. It was suggested that the patient go to hospital for chest CT and blood routine examination to clarify the cause. If pleurisy was diagnosed, active anti-infection treatment was required.
