Hashimoto's thyroiditis will heal itself

Hashimoto's thyroiditis usually does not heal, but if the thyroid function is normal, it does not need treatment for the time being. Follow-up observation is needed. If the thyroid function is low, thyroid hormone replacement therapy is needed. If there is high suspicion of cancer or lymphoma, surgery is needed.
