Ask about the treatment of allergic reactions to infusion

If allergic reaction occurs during infusion, the infusion should be stopped immediately, venous access should be reserved, and infusion set should be replaced; if allergic reaction is mild, antihistamines, calcium agents, glucocorticoids and other drugs can be given; if allergic reaction is serious, epinephrine can be injected intramuscularly, and fluid replacement therapy can be given.
