How to effectively treat finger eczema

Eczema is a common skin disease. Patients can take antihistamines such as loratadine as prescribed. Glucocorticoids can be injected for generalized eczema, but they should not be used for a long time. If necessary, potassium permanganate can be used to wash the affected area and apply glucocorticoid cream externally. Note that bathing in winter is not too frequent, and alkaline soap should be used sparingly.
