Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the bladder mucosa. It is divided into non-muscle invasive and muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma. For non-muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma, the main treatment is tumor resection and bladder instillation to prevent recurrence. For muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma, the main tumor recurrence is total cystectomy.
