What are the diagnostic criteria for septic shock?

Septic shock refers to shock caused by sepsis, also known as septic shock. The diagnostic criteria for septic shock are persistent hypotension and serum lactate levels less than or equal to 4mmol/L on the basis of a clear diagnosis of sepsis. Septic shock has a high mortality rate and must be treated as soon as possible.
