What causes ground-glass nodules at the apex of the right lung?

There are many causes of ground-glass nodules in the apex of the right lung. They may be caused by pulmonary tuberculosis infection or lung tumors. Other causes cannot be ruled out. Recommendation: If the nodules are small and without any discomfort, you can continue to observe them. However, if they are relatively large, surgery can be performed for treatment.
