Degree of spondylolisthesis

Lumbar spondylolisthesis can be divided into four degrees. The distance of vertebral body sliding forward does not exceed 1/4 of the sagittal diameter of the middle of the vertebral body as degree I. If it exceeds 1/4, but less than 2/4, it is degree II. If it exceeds 2/4, less than 3/4 is degree III. If it exceeds 3/4 of the sagittal diameter of the vertebral body, it is degree IV. According to different grades, different treatment methods can be adopted.
