What is the main cause of fetal arrest

Embryonic arrest is related to luteal insufficiency, hyperprolactin, diabetes mellitus during pregnancy and thyroid dysfunction. Endocrine disorders, intrauterine adhesions, uterine fibroids, reproductive tract infections and chromosomal abnormalities can also lead to fetal arrest. Secondly, immune factors and environmental factors may also lead to fetal arrest.
