Sudden needle-like pain in the left waist

The patient has needle-like pain on the left side of the waist. If it is a temporary pain, it may be related to lumbar muscle strain, and some may be caused by fork qi. If this pain recurs, it should first be considered to be caused by intestinal inflammatory diseases, and secondly may be caused by gynecological inflammation such as female appendicitis.
