As long as the brain stem bleeding volume is slightly expanded, it may lead to quadriplegia, speech disorders, dysphagia, etc. If the brain stem bleeding volume is relatively large, it will directly lead to coma or death. Therefore, only a very small number of patients with brain stem hemorrhage are likely to recover.
