What are the precautions after hydrocele surgery in children?

Too much hydrocele will lead to increased pressure affecting testicular blood supply, which may lead to infertility after adulthood. Scrotum will swell in the early stage after hydrocele surgery, which is normal. Symptoms will improve with recovery. Stay in bed within 3~5 days after surgery, reduce bed activities, change dressings regularly according to doctor's advice for three weeks, and observe the child's general condition.
