Why is hepatitis B not transmitted to your eyes?

Hepatitis B is a chronic liver disease caused by hepatitis B virus infection. The transmission route of hepatitis B is sexual contact, mother-infant and blood. The tears and saliva of patients contain very little virus, so they will not be infected. Normal contact with hepatitis B patients and meals will not be infected.
