Patients with mild cardiogenic cerebral thrombosis may present with focal symptoms, such as weakness of one hand or foot, weakness of one limb, numbness of one finger or foot, dysarthria or aphasia, sensory and motor aphasia, complete aphasia or incomplete aphasia. The patient may also exhibit dizziness, balance disorders, ataxia, dysphagia, water choking, explosive speech, nystagmus, and diplopia; no brain edema; no headache, nausea, or vomiting; no disturbances of consciousness such as lethargy, lethargy, and coma; and cardiac symptoms including palpitations and chest tightness.
