How to take long-acting contraceptives

The first dose of long-acting contraceptives should be taken on the fifth day after menstruation, followed by a second dose on the tenth day after menstruation. Each subsequent dose should be taken on the fifth day after menstruation. Menstruation disorders usually occur after discontinuation.
