Cerebral thrombosis is mainly caused by stenosis, obstruction and necrosis of blood vessels in the brain. Cerebral hemorrhage is mainly caused by rupture of blood vessels in the brain. In addition, patients with cerebral thrombosis mainly develop during rest, while patients with cerebral hemorrhage mainly develop after exercise.
