Down's screening B ultrasound

Down's screening is not B-ultrasound. It judges the growth and development of intrauterine fetus by checking the concentration of alpha-fetoprotein, chorionic gonadotropin and free estriol in maternal serum, and effectively judges children with Down syndrome and neural tube defects.
