Right hemisphere pain.

Right hemisphere pain may be caused by intracranial organic diseases. Common diseases include brain tumor and cerebrovascular diseases, including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. CT or MRI of the brain should be examined for definite diagnosis. It may also be caused by primary headache diseases. Common diseases include migraine and cluster headache. Migraine headache and cluster headache are both primary neurovascular headaches. The exact etiology is not clear yet. Most patients show unilateral headache and can show fluctuating feeling at the same time. Patients are usually accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Symptomatic treatment is mainly given.
