Cervical atypical hyperplasia belongs to cancerous lesions, mild atypical hyperplasia, can take physical therapy, infection should be given antibiotic treatment, moderate atypical hyperplasia can take cervical conization, severe atypical hyperplasia, after cervical conization, pathological examination ruled out cervical invasive cancer, should be performed total hysterectomy.
