Can the body get angry cause insomnia?

There is a kind of deficiency fire that causes insomnia. This is called heart-kidney disharmony. Under normal circumstances, the heart in the upper coke belongs to fire, storing spirit, and the kidney in the lower coke belongs to water and essence. Under normal circumstances, the heart-fire and kidney water are coordinated with each other and balanced. Kidney water rises to nourish the heart-fire, so that the heart-fire will not be too prosperous; while the heart-fire falls to warm the kidney water, so that the kidney water will not be too cold and maintain balance. When this balance is destroyed, the heart fire does not fall, the kidney water does not come up, the heart fire is high, it will disturb the spirit, so it shows insomnia, dreaminess, mouth ulcer, gum redness and pain; or the heart fire does not fall, the kidney water is not warm, the lower coke shows deficiency cold, frequent urination, cold uterus, loose stool, etc. Treatment should communicate with the heart and kidney.
