Causes of diverticulum of bladder

Healing with hope, guiding with care.
Bladder diverticulum may be caused by congenital dysplasia, prostatic hyperplasia, neurogenic bladder, etc.
1. When congenital dysplasia
patients are in embryonic stage, abnormal muscle development at the junction of ureter and bladder may lead to bladder diverticulum.
2. Prostatic hyperplasia and
prostatic hyperplasia may lead to poor urine discharge of patients. When a large amount of urine accumulates in the bladder, it may cause increased pressure in the bladder and easy to form bladder diverticulum.
3. Neurogenic bladder
neuropathy causes abnormal bladder function of patients, which may lead to increased pressure in the bladder. When the bladder wall muscle layer breaks and the bladder mucosa bulges outward, bladder diverticulum may appear.
