Kidney stones

are solid crystals formed in the kidneys and are deposited by certain chemicals in the urine. When the size of the stone exceeds the diameter of the urinary catheter, it may cause obstruction of urine excretion, resulting in a series of discomfort symptoms, including low back pain. If the patient has a small local stone size, it can promote the excretion of smaller stones after appropriate increase in drinking water.

It is generally recommended that patients with kidney stones should go to the hospital as soon as possible to cooperate with doctors for examination and treatment, so as not to cause further damage to kidney tissues.
