Testicle has drop ache feeling how to return a responsibility

Testicular pain is caused by testicular trauma, orchitis, varicocele, etc.
1. Testicular trauma
refers to testicular physical impact, torsion or compression injury, which may lead to testicular congestion and edema, and then the above symptoms.
2. Orchitis
orchitis refers to testicular inflammation, usually caused by infection or autoimmune system abnormalities. Orchitis can cause testicular swelling, which may stimulate peripheral nerves, causing testicular swelling and pain.
3. Varicocele
