Glomerular filtration rate normal can exclude urine protein it

Dedicated to your healing journey.
Proteinuria is usually referred to as proteinuria. Normal glomerular filtration rate does not rule out proteinuria completely.
Glomerular filtration rate is an important indicator of kidney function. A decrease in glomerular filtration rate can cause proteinuria, but a normal glomerular filtration rate does not mean that proteinuria is completely absent. In addition to a decrease in glomerular filtration rate, proteinuria may also occur due to strenuous exercise, stress, fever, renal tubular damage, etc.
If proteinuria is suspected, a urine routine test should be performed. If the urine routine test results are abnormal, further tests such as urine microalbumin-creatinine ratio or 24-hour urine protein quantitative may be required to determine the cause.
