How does sperm appear?

Sperm is produced in the testes and released during ejaculation.

Testes are an important part of the male reproductive system and contain many delicate cells and tissues. During fetal development, testes gradually form and begin to produce sperm. Before birth, testes are capable of producing sperm, but their quantity and quality need to increase gradually with age. Sperm evolved from spermatogonia in the seminiferous tubules, which are smaller cells in the testes that gradually form mature sperm through a series of divisions and differentiation processes.
