Causes of high globulin

Globulin is the total protein content minus albumin content, that is, globulin content. Globulin is a mixture of various proteins, including a large amount of immunoglobulin and complement, a variety of glycoproteins, metal-binding albumin, a variety of lipoproteins and enzymes. The normal range of globulin is 2030g/L. If globulin is increased to globulin greater than 35g/L, it is called hyperproteinemia or hyperglobulinemia. The increase of total protein is mainly due to factors related to the increase of globulin. It is mainly caused by immune hepatitis, chronic active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, chronic alcoholic liver or lymphoma, multiple myeloma, immune system diseases and other factors.
