Symptoms of pulmonary heart disease

Chronic bronchitis is chronic non-specific inflammation of trachea, bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues. The main clinical symptoms are cough and expectoration, which last for 3 months every year for more than 2 years. Chronic bronchitis emphysema will cause compensatory enlargement of right atrium and right ventricle, and increase the load, resulting in pulmonary heart disease. On the basis of chronic bronchitis emphysema, it shows more obvious chest tightness and asthma, repeated edema of both lower limbs, gastrointestinal edema and loss of appetite; severe pulmonary heart disease will show hypoxia.
